Today it was the part 13 of the Bayan-e-Haq progarm series. As it was hosted by Allama Hassan Raza Ghadiri. Today he was discussing about the term 'Ulil Amar'. He was saying according to Sunnis Ulil Amar means the leader of the people whether he is good or bad like Mawai or Yazeed. Sunnis consider anyone who is the caliph of Muslims, it means that they are Ulil Amar but according to Shia Ulil Amar means the 12 Caliph from Mola Ali A.S to Imam Mehdi A.S after Rasool S.A.W,W. Shia believe that Ulil Amar is only selected by Allah not by the people. In the end, he left on the people which definition is good about Ulil Amar.
